We have identified a degraded database cluster that helps serve a segment of accounts. We are in the process of migrating the affected accounts to a new cluster.

This time window is the time period in which we are working on the degraded database issue and migrating accounts. It is NOT the amount of time any single account will be under maintenance. Some accounts may show an "under maintenance" status for a short period of time while the specific account is updated. On average that should only last a couple minutes.
