Update

We are now seeing improved response times for all accounts. We will continue to monitor to ensure things are stable while we continue to work on this incident.

Update

We have finished rolling out a set of updates to mitigate the delays that some accounts were experiencing which has resulted in improved stability for the general platform. We are continuing to work on intermittent site & event tracking delays.
