Engineers have detected that API calls are intermittently returning 503 response codes from requests sent to the "api-us1.com" domain. Customers may see impact on custom API integrations, issues with third-party integrations, and issues using their ActiveCampaign accounts. This incident began at 1:25 PM US Central on March 17, 2025.
